When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within a few business days of being placed. Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. We ship within the United States. Local pickup is available in Loganville, Georgia. We email you to arrange a time.

How do I contact you?

What if a package arrives damaged?

How should I store a bar?

Store your bar on a draining soap dish, away from direct streams of water, so it lasts as long as possible. Our soaps are colored only with natural roots and clays. Keep unused bars somewhere cool, dark, and well-ventilated to preserve their hues.

How do I get a creamier lather?

Use a washcloth or sisal soap saver for an extra-creamy lather.

How long does a bar last?

What is in the soap?

Every bar is handcrafted in small batches using nourishing plant-based butters and real, earth-derived botanicals, and colored only with natural roots and clays. Each product page lists the scent notes for that bar. If you have an ingredient question, email hello@serenitycottage.shop.

That varies by bar. Check the product page, or email us about a specific scent.
